The Role
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in solar and battery storage solutions.
You'll educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy, understand their energy usage and requirements, prepare tailored quotations, and guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to installation.
Working from qualified enquiries and company-generated leads, you'll play a key role in helping customers take control of rising energy costs while building a highly rewarding career for yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners interested in solar and battery storage solutions
- Conduct customer consultations and assess individual requirements
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and battery storage
- Prepare and present tailored quotations
- Follow up enquiries and quotations
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and a target-driven attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
- Passion for renewable energy and helping customers save money
- Solar sales experience
Preferred
- Experience using Open Solar
- Experience within the renewable energy sector
- Experience working with CRM systems
