Full job description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Live-In Care Assistants. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their well-being.

Duties:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes

- Assist with daily activities such as bathing/showering and dressing

- Help individuals with mobility and transfers

- Administer medication according to care plans

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

- Document and communicate any changes or concerns regarding the individual's condition

Requirements:

- Ability to Live-In Service Users homes is Vital for this role

- Excellent communication skills, in English

- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to different locations is preferred but not essential

- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately

- Must be able to travel to the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales for placements
