Job Summary:

Berrioseys Creative & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing to lead the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven professional who enjoys developing marketing strategies, improving campaign performance, and driving business growth through innovative digital solutions. You'll collaborate with creative, content, and commercial teams to strengthen brand visibility and deliver measurable marketing results.

What you'll do:

Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with design, content, web development, and sales teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
Track key performance indicators and prepare marketing performance reports.
Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing automation activities.
Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
Recommend new digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Requirements:

Experience in digital marketing, marketing campaigns, communications, or a related field.
Experience managing or coordinating digital marketing initiatives is beneficial.
Good understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, or similar marketing tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
Passion for digital marketing, creativity, and continuous learning.
