Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our busy and welcoming dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Managing appointment bookings and diary scheduling
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
Taking payments and handling invoices
Supporting the dental team with administrative duties
Ensuring the reception area remains clean and organised

Requirements

Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident using computer systems and telephone booking systems
Professional appearance and positive attitude
