You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Pendr in Cardigan.
This community pharmacy is located on the high street. It has a good relationship with the GP surgery.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 2,000 items a week.

It provides a wide range of services.

It provides services to 3 substance misuse patients and 60 care home beds.

It dispenses 70 community blisters.
This pharmacy is open the following times
09:00AM until 17:30PM, MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY
09:00AM until 17:00PM Wednesday
09:00AM until 13:00PM on Saturdays.
The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 4 ACT.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
