Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to develop their skills within a lively environment. The position is paid and suitable for those who thrive in fast-paced settings, demonstrating strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and take drink orders accurately.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Ensure all drinks are prepared in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
Manage cash register operations, handle payments efficiently, and issue receipts.
Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests courteously and professionally.
Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
A friendly demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
