We are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (4+ years’ PQE) to join our busy and expanding Shrewsbury office.

FBC Manby Bowdler is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (4+ years’ PQE) to join our busy and expanding Shrewsbury office. This is a standout opportunity for a driven lawyer who wants to play a key role in strengthening and growing our residential property presence across the region.

With a significant increase in new enquiries and a consistently active caseload, you’ll step into a thriving environment where your expertise will be valued from day one. You’ll handle a broad range of residential transactions while working collaboratively with our wider multi‑office residential team, ensuring strong support and shared knowledge across the department.

A core part of the role will involve developing and maintaining excellent relationships with local referrers, helping to enhance our visibility and reputation within the Shrewsbury market.

What we’re looking for

UK‑qualified Residential Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) applications below 4 years’ PQE cannot be considered
Stable CV demonstrating consistent career progression
Strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of residential property matters
Ability to manage a busy caseload with confidence and accuracy
Proactive approach to business development and relationship‑building
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
