About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to support our operations in Pembroke working on a casual hours basis as required and would suit someone who is looking for casual hours working anything up to 20 hours a week approximately. This varied role includes delivering goods to vessels and clients, assisting with general warehousing tasks, and carrying out day-to-day administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out deliveries to local ports and customer sites (van driving)
- Handle goods in and out of the warehouse, including stock checks and order picking
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and delivery vehicle
- Assist with general office administration and order processing
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, including health and safety
- Be available for occasional weekend work, early starts or late finishes depending on delivery schedules
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a warehousing, delivery or logistics environment preferred
- Comfortable with basic IT/admin tasks (e.g., email, order forms, inventory systems)
- Flexible, dependable and physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Positive attitude and strong team ethic
- Forklift licence a bonus (training can be provided for the right candidate)
