Chrysalis is looking for a motivated Supported Living Team Coordinator to support adults with learning disabilities across our Carlisle services.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who leads by example and is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and support staff teams
- Act as a role model for best practice in supported living
- Carry out staff inductions and support ongoing development
- Manage rotas and ensure safe staffing levels
- Promote high standards of person‑centred care
- Contribute to the on‑call rota
- Support individuals to develop life skills and community connections
About You
- At least 2 years’ experience in learning disabilities or social care
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Confident leading and motivating teams
- Committed to promoting positive values and quality care
- Willing to learn, develop and progress
