Our operation in Carlisle is looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 0700 - 1900.

Role details:

Salary:Circa £29,000

Hours: 42 Hours Per Week

Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern from 0700 to 1900

Location: Carlisle, CA1 3NQ

What will you do & what will you need

As part of your role you will brief and debrief drivers, being the first point of contact for all drivers and ensuring all queries are fed back to
Accountable for Legal o-license compliance and for operational excellence i.e. cost and service including peak planning/delivery
Provide the highest level of customer care and find resolutions/ escalation of live issues
The monitoring of all routes ensuring all routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate
Effective time management to ensure the job is completed within the set time frame provided using Kronos exceptions & schedules
Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc.
Ideally, you will have experience of administration in a busy transport environment, be PC literate with word and excel experience and have great attention to detail
