The Role
We are seeking an Operations Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our scheduling and resource management, ensuring that our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our engineers, clients, and internal departments to plan and coordinate jobs, optimise workflows, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and allocate work for planned minor adaptions projects.
- Liaise with clients, operatives, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor job progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems with job status and resource availability.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to maximise productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in operations planning or scheduling.
- Proficiency in IT systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
