Long established Beauty & Aesthetics salon requiring an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Therapist to join our team.
Part time hours - 3 days per week. To include 3 Saturdays per month. All applicants must be at least over the age of 18. Must already be qualified in NVQ Level 2 & NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy and must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a busy salon environment.
Duties
- Perform various beauty treatments, including facials, massage, waxing, nails and lash/brow treatments to a high standard.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative services.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Promote products and services that enhance the client experience.
Prior experience using Dermalogica, DermaQuest or CND would be preferred but not essential.
Discretionary Bonus Scheme
You will receive 10% commission on all product sales. Once you have completed your laser training, you will receive 10% commission on all laser treatments. These amounts may change from time to time depending upon the profitability and performance of the business overall. Any changes will be communicated to you giving not less than 1 months’ notice.
Initial in salon training will be provided as well as out of salon brand training with the view to add further advanced aesthetic training in Laser treatments as your client base grows.

Pay: Rate of pay will commensurate with minimum wage, age and experience. To increase after 6 month probationary period is complete.
