What you’ll be doing:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual with a desire to succeed and focus on delivering great customer service at our branch in Cockermouth. Cockermouth has a great reputation and we’re seeking someone to help us maintain this by working on our sales counter serving customers and helping to ensure they get the right products for them. Many of our customers return on a regular basis, so it’s important you can build trust and rapport with them to ensure they are satisfied with the service they receive every time they visit.

In our busy branch, everyone supports each other and helps- so you’ll be part of a great team where you can learn and develop and grow within our expanding business.

If you’ve got previous experience in a Builders Merchant or similar industry that would be great, but if not, don’t worry- we’re looking for the right attitude and great customer service skills first and foremost.

If you’ve got the right attitude and you’re willing to learn, there’s no stopping you at JTA.
