Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) Property Services Assistant, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington, with a salary of £25,801 - £28,214 per annum.

As a Property Services Assistant we are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:

5 GCSE’s (A-C) or equivalent including English and Maths

Experience of working in an administration, secretarial or business development function, including work with other departments

Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook &Intermediate Excel Skills
