Job Overview

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their tanning experience
Explain tanning procedures, safety guidelines, and available services clearly and confidently
Operate tanning equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including tanning beds and common areas
Promote additional services or products to meet customer needs and increase satisfaction
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and care
Support the team in managing appointments, walk-ins, and maintaining a smooth workflow

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
Experience or knowledge in makeup application is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and aesthetics
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to follow safety procedures diligently when operating tanning equipment
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
A proactive attitude with the motivation to create a positive environment for clients and colleagues
