About the role
As Store Manager, you are the key ambassador of the Søstrene Grene universe. You will lead your store with creativity, warmth, and professionalism—creating an immersive and memorable customer experience from the moment visitors walk through the door to the moment they leave inspired.
This is a varied and dynamic role that requires operational excellence, strong leadership, and a passion for aesthetics. You will take ownership of the store’s commercial performance, cultivate a positive team culture, and ensure that every corner of the store reflects the sisters’ beautiful, sensory world.
You will be responsible for daily store operations, motivating your team, maintaining standards, and ensuring every customer enjoys a wonderful experience.
Your responsibilities
As Store Manager your duties will include:

Leading the store, taking responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, stock replenishment, delegating tasks, and monitoring store figures

Creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store

Providing excellent customer service

Ensuring the Søstrene Grene brand image is always showcased with outstanding visual merchandising and shop floor standards

Keeping a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store

Motivating staff members to meet and surpass targets

Creating and maintaining a great team spirit in store

Stock room management and processing deliveries

Training new and existing staff members

Ensuring your team is up to date on store ways of working, standards, and compliance

Maintaining health, hygiene, and safety standards whilst on shift and monitoring the team to ensure procedures are followed

Conducting weekly and monthly safety checks in line with company requirements
