Are you a finance professional who thrives on accuracy, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in keeping the numbers right!

We are looking for a proactive and detail focused Finance Officer to become a key member of our team. This is more of a transactional role finance role - You will be at the heart of the business, providing valuable financial support, maintaining robust controls, and helping drive informed decision making.

What you will be doing

Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
Assisting with monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
Monitoring budgets and expenditure.
Assist with payroll and month - end processes.
Support the organisation’s financial planning and strategy development.
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software Xero.
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies.

What we are looking for

*You will have 3 years proven experience in a finance, accounts or book keeping role.

*Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.

*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

*Professional, trustworthy and a highly organised approach.

*AAT Qualification or equivalent experience is essential.

*The job role will involve working alone
