Job description
We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our growing team.
As an Account Manager, you will help retailers grow their businesses by aligning their needs with our products and services, and to work with retailers to develop and deliver digital marketing strategies.
Working with a varied portfolio of clients, you will have day to day responsibility to contact clients to ensure the successful implementation of their strategies, with the goal of increasing their sales through Amazon.
Clients are based across a wide range of different sectors, and you will become familiar with their specific business needs and challenges.
Client satisfaction will be your number one priority! As such, you will be an excellent communicator, giving regular updates to clients and working on a range of tactics to help increase revenues.
You will develop, manage, and report monthly sales figures to clients using our software and reporting tools.
You will have experience working with high profile retailers and have solid experience in either pay- per-click advertising, on page SEO, or online merchandising.
Amazon specific experience is required for the role.
The successful candidate will be able to build trust and rapport with clients. You must also have strong problem-solving skills, a can do attitude, great time management and workload prioritisation skills. Agency experience is preferred but not essential.
