Full job description

Looking for PSV Cat D & D1 drivers. Must hold a full Cat D/D1 licence, a valid driver CPC card and a drivers digi card. The roles are for schools drivers covering Carmarthenshire school runs. A valid DBS will be required, which we can obtain if the applicant doesn't already hold one for Carmarthenshire. In addition to this there will be tour work available primarily covering the Asian incoming tours market. When not on these tours would also be expected to carry out tours for our own tour program. Different times of year require different tours, so will be ski tours during the ski season. The jobs do require long periods of time away from home and during these times you will be expected to take care of your allocated vehicle, keeping it clean and tidy for your passengers.

We are also looking for part time drivers who want to do just schools with maybe the odd school trip between school runs

On the occasions tours do not operate hours will be made up on local private hire jobs, schools, rail replacement etc.

Summary

As a PSV Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Reporting to the Transportation Manager, your role is vital in ensuring a reliable and efficient service. With a Category D Licence, you will utilize your core driving skills alongside premium commercial driving expertise. Your relevant experience in delivery driving, mechanical knowledge, and effective communication will enhance the overall passenger experience.
