Supporting the development of integrated care pathways across hospital and community settings, ensuring continuity of care and improved patient experience.
Contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement and audit activities, ensuring practice meets the highest standards of safety, effectiveness and patient-centred care.
Demonstrating leadership in service development, including identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improved clinical outcomes within arthroplasty and trauma services.
