Guest Relations Assistant / Receptionist Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A friendly, warm, and approachable manner with a proactive attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest requests, queries, and feedback promptly and effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, local attractions, and services
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and emails with professionalism
- Ensure the reception and lobby areas are always immaculate and welcoming
- Support in administrative duties as required
