HOURS: Flexible as required year round or just over school holidays.
Pay: £15 p/hr inclusive of rolled up holiday pay
LOCATION: Various locations across Lancashire.

The Job Purpose
Lancashire Boys & Girls Clubs is an independent charitable youth organisation that deliver positive experiences to young people through a wide range of projects, activities and support services throughout the wider Lancashire area with particular regard for supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.
The primary aim of this role is to
Support the delivery of a range of activities to young people through our network of youth clubs. In addition to support the delivery of activities during the school summer holidays.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to be an integral member of our delivery team. We are particularly interested in people with specific interests and skills they can utilise to work with young people.
You will liaise with club leaders and deliver one off activities or programmes of activity over several weeks in clubs around the county.
Promote and encourage participation in our programme of activity
In addition to support the wider team to provide new experiences and opportunities to young people through engagement in a range of activities and workshops in youth clubs and other venues across the county.
An interest, skill or experience in a particular area of work that is attractive and engaging will be a distinct advantage, eg Sport, Fishing, Dance, Art, Music, Youth Voice, Social Action, environmental work, Magic, coding, digital design, IT, cooking, health, fitness, etc
The Candidate - must:
· Be willing to apply themselves to a huge and diverse range of activities
· Have experience of work with young people and a good understanding of current issues
· Have a range of new ideas for delivering activities with young people
· Be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to efficiency and effective working practices
· Be an Integral team member and able to work on their own initiative
· Reliable, honest and trustworthy
· Have a Driving Licence preferably with use of a car or 2 yrs driving experience
