Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and production lines
Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime
Maintain PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and control panels
Ensure compliance with food safety, electrical, and workplace safety standards
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Collaborate with production and mechanical teams to improve equipment reliability
Participate in shift work or on-call duties as required

Skills:

SVQ3 and HNC in Electrical Engineering
18th Edition Wiring Regs Certification
IPAF License
Experience in an industrial or food processing environment
Experience with single phase and 3 phase systems in an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automation
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and Computerised maintenance Management Systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong commitment to safety and hygiene standards
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or similar food safety systems

What We Offer:

Shift Pattern

4 on 4 off, days and nights 06.00 – 18.00 and 18.00 - 06.00

Salary from £47,228.80
