Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Handy Person to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and customer service skills will be highly valued.
To support the site manager by following and complying with all company instructions and guidelines to deliver the highest possible standards in customer service and site maintenance. Must have a neat and tidy appearance and a pleasant personality and an outgoing manner. Must be able to follow instructions and have a willingness to learn and change.
General duties will include painting, basic van maintenance ( oil, water, cleaning, tyre pressure etc ), cleaning vacated units, brushing site, cutting grass, salting, basic electrical knowledge, shredding, clearing snow when required and basic joinery skills. Clean driver license essential
Contract Hours 20 per week, 5 day Rota between Mon - Sat.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in general maintenance, including electrical and mechanical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: £12.89 per hour
