Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Minibus and Coach Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations, ensuring a comfortable and secure journey. This role requires excellent driving skills, professional conduct, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members. Duties
- Safely operate minibuses and coaches in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
- Transport passengers to scheduled destinations, ensuring timely arrivals
- Conduct pre-journey vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels and tyre pressures
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing support as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company procedures at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a driver, Minimum 25 yrs old for insurance purposes
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid driver licence suitable for passenger vehicles category D
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently
