Full job description

As a Service Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and heat pump systems.
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
Complete service reports and relevant documentation accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Participate in an on-call rota when required.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Service Engineer.
F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential).
Full UK driving licence.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience working with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, LG, Toshiba, and Samsung.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Desirable Qualifications

NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
IPAF and PASMA certifications.
Experience with refrigeration equipment.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
