As a Service Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and heat pump systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
- Complete service reports and relevant documentation accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in an on-call rota when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Service Engineer.
- F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience working with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, LG, Toshiba, and Samsung.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
- IPAF and PASMA certifications.
- Experience with refrigeration equipment.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
