The marketing associate will support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives designed to increase store awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The role involves coordinating local store marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, supporting store promotional events, and analysing marketing performance to ensure effective customer acquisition and retention.
The successful candidate will work closely with franchise management, store teams, and external suppliers to ensure marketing activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing store marketing and promotional activities.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials in accordance with brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Create engaging marketing content for digital channels.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback and assist in maintaining a positive brand reputation.
- Work with store managers to develop local marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales and customer footfall.
- Conduct research into customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collect and analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on key marketing metrics and performance indicators.
- Maintain marketing records, databases, and campaign documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Domino's brand requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
- A degree or qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is desirable.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in a marketing, communications, retail, or customer-focused role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
