Gatekeeper Estate and Letting Agent - Property Viewer

Location: Kingfishers Court, Northfield Farm Lane, Witney OX28 1UE

Compensation: This is a self-employed role, paid per job. Based on the last 12 months of actual pay, earnings have averaged around £18 per hour.

Bonuses: There’s also a £5 bonus for each positive survey completed. Over the past year, typical survey performance (around 50% strike rate) has brought total average earnings to approximately £22 per hour.

Hours: Approximately 40–56 hours per month, across three shifts per week – typically two weekday evenings and one Saturday shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming applicants to properties You’ll meet people on-site, greet them warmly, and guide them through each room, helping them get a feel for whether it’s the right home for them.
Supporting sales and lettings Whether you're showing homes for sale or to let, you’ll give a professional viewing experience and pass on any interest or questions to the Sales or Lettings Team.
Using the Viewer App Your route, applicant details, and notes are all pre-loaded into the app, so you can focus on giving a great viewing without worrying about the admin.
Sharing feedback at the end of your shift After your viewings, you’ll return the keys and have a quick virtual catch-up with the team, sharing how things went and flagging anything that needs following up.
Helping applicants take the next step For lettings, interested applicants receive an application form automatically. For sales, your updates help the Sales Team arrange second viewings or answer questions quickly.

What We’re Looking For

A warm, welcoming personality and a passion for great customer service
Confidence in meeting new people and speaking clearly
A tidy, presentable appearance and punctual timekeeping
Basic confidence using a smartphone or tablet (training provided)
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Experience in property or sales is helpful but not essential, we’ll train the right person.
