Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our reputable estate agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced estate agency office, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in administration and strong communication skills are essential. The position can be paid on an hourly or salary basis, with commission negotiable, and is suitable for individuals eager to develop their career within the property sector.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants
Negotiate offers between buyers, tenants, and landlords to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating listings, and maintaining client records
Liaise with other estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to facilitate smooth transactions
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online portals and social media platforms
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and maintaining ongoing communication with clients
Support the team in achieving sales targets and expanding the agency’s client base

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience within a sales or customer service environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Familiarity with property management software or CRM systems is advantageous
