We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Adult Community Team as an Assistant Team Manager in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
In this role, you will support the Team Manager to ensure effective, high‑quality delivery of services to adults requiring assessment, care and support.
