About the Role

Chill Mail Services Ltd operates within mail services, business communications, document handling, client support, delivery coordination, and operational service management.

We are seeking a Mail Operations Director to lead mail service operations, improve workflow efficiency, oversee service standards, and support continued business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader with a background in mail services, logistics, document services, business communications, or client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mail service operations, document workflows, and daily service delivery activities
Oversee team performance, operational planning, service standards, reporting, and workflow efficiency
Coordinate with clients, couriers, vendors, internal teams, and business partners
Monitor service quality, turnaround times, documentation accuracy, and client feedback
Develop strategies to improve productivity, reliability, and customer satisfaction
Support staff development, process improvement, training, and leadership planning
Prepare senior-level reports, business updates, and operational recommendations
Ensure all service activities follow company procedures, confidentiality expectations, and delivery timelines

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in mail operations, document services, logistics coordination, business communications, client services, or operations management
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with couriers, vendors, service teams, document workflows, or business clients is an advantage

Education

Pay: £82,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
