Sales Development Representative – Leeds – £25,000 + OTE
Looking to break into sales but don’t have prior experience? This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking business where you’ll be supported from day one with training, mentorship, and clear career progression.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of the business - engaging potential clients, generating interest, and creating new opportunities within the B2B space. This role is ideal for someone driven, confident, and eager to build a long-term career in sales.

The Role
You’ll focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, working closely with experienced Account Executives and Sales leaders to build a strong pipeline. Along the way, you’ll develop key skills in communication, relationship-building, and commercial awareness.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Build rapport and manage initial conversations with a wide range of businesses
Identify potential opportunities and qualify leads for the sales team
Book meetings and support the early stages of the sales process
Maintain accurate activity records and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
