Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Saturday Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. They will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Pilates classes on Saturdays, helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise within a supportive environment.

Duties

Lead structured Reformer Pilates classes for groups of 5 of varying skill levels on Saturdays
Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure client safety and maximise results
Provide personalised guidance and modifications tailored to individual needs
Monitor participants during sessions, offering encouragement and corrections as needed
Maintain a welcoming, motivating atmosphere that promotes client engagement and retention
Ensure all equipment is used safely, clean, and well-maintained before and after classes
Keep accurate attendance records and provide feedback to clients regarding their progress

Requirements

Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels
In-depth knowledge of anatomy relevant to Pilates exercises and injury prevention
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Organised with the ability to manage class flow efficiently within scheduled times
Relevant certifications in Pilates instruction or fitness coaching are highly desirable
Flexibility to work specifically on Saturdays, with availability for ongoing sessions preferred

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals. The position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise can make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: £30.00 per hour
