Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks across residential properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires a positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Install roof insulation in accordance with company standards.
Clean and prepare properties before, during, and after refurbishment works.
Strip wallpaper and prepare walls for further decoration or repair.
Remove wall and floor tiles using appropriate tools and safe working practices.
Assist with unloading, moving, and organising building materials and equipment.
Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
Support skilled tradespeople with general labouring duties as required.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Carry out other general site duties as directed by supervisors.

Essential Requirements

Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable but not essential.
Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take instruction.
A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
