Salary – Dependent on experience.

About The Role
About You:
The successful candidate will have 5 years management experience in a Mental Health/Learning Disability/Complex Needs setting. However, candidates with limited managerial experience may be considered, provided they can demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and a desire to develop and progress their career.
Duties of a Registered Manager include:
- Operational management of the nursing home, manage budgets and resources effectively
- Clinical expertise and sound knowledge of best practices in mental health care.
- Lead, motivate and develop staff teams within the facility to provide high standards of person-centred care
- Engaging with staff and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensuring RQIA compliance.
- Displaying excellent working knowledge of regulatory standards.
- Mentoring staff to drive continuous improvement and high-quality patient-centred care.
