Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team and make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall well-being. Your expertise will help patients regain independence and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in patient care.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate treatment plans
Develop individualized therapy programs targeting rehabilitation, pain management, and functional improvement
Implement therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and mobility training
Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards
Provide Moving and Handling Training to staff

Skills

Proven expertise in physiotherapy assessment and intervention techniques
Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of diverse backgrounds
Ability to develop creative solutions tailored to individual patient needs
Knowledge of current physiotherapy practices, equipment, and safety protocols
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Certification as a licensed Physiotherapist in accordance with local regulatory requirements
