Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department through efficient administration, customer service, and data management. Responsibilities

Customer Service: Welcoming showroom visitors, handling enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by preparing accurate quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads.
General Office Admin: Managing correspondence, filing, data entry, and ensuring all paperwork related to installations and deliveries is kept up to date. Utilise software for invoicing and financial record keeping
Diary Management: Coordinating site surveys and installation dates between our technical teams and customers.
Showroom Standards: Ensuring the showroom remains presentable and welcoming for visitors at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good time management skills with a proactive approach to workload prioritisation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
IT skills including familiarity with computer literacy standards required for office-based roles
