About the Role:

As an Aftersales Manager you will be an integral member and leader within the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and supporting a small team of technicians to consistently achieve their individual targets, whilst maintaining quality of work.
Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
Managing and assisting aftersales advisors with cross functional tasks; including customer interactions, front of house responsibilities, and within the parts department.
Positively impact and contribute to the performance of the aftersales department, through identifying opportunities to increase profitability and exceed objectives.

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. aftersales manager, service manager, front of house manager etc.)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
Demonstrable success in achieving team and departmental targets
Strong organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
