About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Technology Strategy Officer to lead enterprise technology strategy, drive innovation initiatives, and support long-term organizational growth.

This executive leadership role is ideal for a highly accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, and organizational leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning technology investments with business objectives while driving operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Extensive executive leadership experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or corporate leadership
Proven success leading large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives
Experience managing enterprise-wide programs and executive stakeholder relationships

Skills

Exceptional executive leadership and strategic planning capabilities
Strong technology strategy and digital innovation expertise
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Advanced analytical and decision-making abilities
Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent executive-level qualification is highly advantageous

Pay: £125,000.00-£162,000.00 per year
