Roles and Responsibilities:
General Builder:
- Undertake building projects from start to finish.
- Perform brickwork and civil engineering tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Lay resin flooring and ensure quality control throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Skilled Labourers:
- Assist general builders in various construction tasks.
- Support in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
- Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brickwork and civil engineering for the General Builder position.
- Knowledge of resin floor laying preferred but not essential for labourers.
- Full clean driving license is required for both roles.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Pay Rates:
- General Builder: £140 - £200 per day, depending on experience.
- Skilled Labourers: Competitive rates based on experience.
- Overtime paid on top.
