Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

In this dynamic role within our Collections department, you will:

Engage with customers via telephone, email, LiveChat (WebChat), and SMS to discuss their accounts and find personalized repayment solutions.
Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving disputes, and supporting customers with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records in our system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced call centre environment, meeting targets and managing various product types including insurance, utilities, and financial services.
Identify and support vulnerable customers, always ensuring fair treatment in line with FCA regulations.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll shine in this role if you have:

Previous experience in customer service or collections (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of FCA regulations and CSA best practices (an advantage).
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A team-focused mindset and the ability to multitask.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Your Work Schedule

We know work-life balance matters! That’s why we offer a flexible rotating shift pattern within our core hours:

Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday (1 in 4): 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

With a 35-hour workweek, including the option for late-start shifts (11:30 AM – 6:00 PM) on Mondays or Thursdays, your schedule can fit your lifestyle.
