Job Overview

Duties

Assist orthodontists during patient consultations, procedures, and adjustments to ensure smooth clinical operations
Prepare patients for treatment by taking accurate dental scans , photographs, and medical imaging.
Apply orthodontic appliances such as braces, aligners, and retainers with precision and care
Manage patient records meticulously, documenting treatment progress and updating digital charts regularly
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health
Support the use of medical imaging technologies to assess dental structures and plan effective treatment strategies
Maintain a sterile clinical environment by adhering to infection control protocols

Skills

Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to orthodontics, including X-rays and 3D scan
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and reassure patients of all ages
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing patient records and treatment plans
Passionate about continuous learning and staying updated on the latest orthodontic technologies and practices
