We are looking for a proactive Administration Manager to help keep our Clubhouse and community facilities running smoothly, safely, and welcomingly.

This is a delightfully varied role combining administrative expertise with a flexible, hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Venue & Event Management: Manage and promote bookings for our Studio, Clubhouse bar, and social area—from weddings and community events to business meetings.
Digital Presence: Maintain our website, social media channels, records, and online booking calendar.
Financial Administration: Support our Treasurer by handling invoices, payments, receipts, and Xero accounting records.
Trustee Support: Prepare agendas, record minutes, assemble reports, and support Trustee meetings.
Facility Support: Help ensure the Clubhouse is safe and well-maintained, taking a practical approach to minor building, cleaning, and maintenance tasks when needed.

You are a computer-literate, self-motivated multi-tasker who thrives both independently and as part of a community team.

Essential Requirements:

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
