In order to satisfy the expected increase in product demand stemming from this great achievement, we are introducing a shift system at our site.
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for our Aqueous Production area, covering our late shift of 14:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday).
The salary for this role is £37,000 per annum with a 15 % shift premium – totalling £42,550 per annum.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive leader who has worked within a Production team or in either a scientific role or within another technical discipline. Any experience of working within a GMP environment would be beneficial but not essential.
You will work well with colleagues and stakeholders and maintain a consistent and high performing operation.

The role
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and system in accordance with the MHRA and HS&E standards and guidelines.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of personnel while demonstrating leadership and maintaining high morale.
- Foster a positive “can do” attitude within the team and drive forward initiatives as requested by management.
- Deliver Dispensary, Stock Solutions and MATA schedules, as required by demand, whilst maintaining GMP requirements.
- Prioritise tasks effectively. Organise and manage working schedules to ensure customer delivery dates are met whilst maintaining GMP requirements.
- Develop formal training and education plans for all individuals within the team.
- To ensure multi skilling of team members through cross team working.
- Monitor and manage Change Requests, Non-Conformances, and Protocol Deviations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work collaboratively with other Team Leaders/Supervisors/Managers within ATL to ensure consistency across all areas and meet business needs.
- Deliver production area & Manufacturing projects under the management of Primary Production Manager.
- Continuously strive for time/cost/labour reductions, and process improvements, including safety and quality enhancements.
