Full job description

Manager Duties & Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café.

* Lead, motivate and support the team to deliver excellent customer service.

* Prepare and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels.

* train and develop team members.

* Place supplier orders and manage stock levels to minimise waste.

* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

* Ensure compliance with all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and company procedures.

* Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

* Monitor sales, and overall business performance.

* Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.

* Ensure the café is always clean, organised and fully operational.

* Be flexible and willing to cover staff shifts during holidays, sickness or unexpected absences to ensure the smooth running of the business.

* Work closely with senior management to achieve business targets and continuously improve operations.

Please note: the below rate is including of rolled up holiday pay, tips and bonuses.

The candidate must have -previous assistant manager Barista or supervisor experience ( possibly 2+ year)

Very high cleaning standards

Flexible on entra hours when required

english speaking

available to work on weekends
