Resourcing Co-ordinator

We're a security resourcing and recruitment business, and people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our close-knit team in Ascot. Someone who brings energy, initiative, and real care to candidate management.
This isn't a passive admin role. You'll be actively managing our candidate database, matching strong candidates to live vacancies, and building genuine relationships with officers so that when the right opportunity comes up, you're ready to move fast. You'll also develop real operational knowledge, taking ownership of rostering for a small number of sites and supporting the wider team giving you the context to recruit smarter and more effectively.
What you'll be doing:
· Managing candidate enquiries and conducting recruitment screening calls
· Proactively managing our candidate database to match strong candidates to active vacancies
· Maintaining a pipeline of high-calibre, deployment-ready officers ready to move at short notice
· Developing a strong understanding of our client sites and roles so your matching is always informed and accurate
· Taking ownership of rostering for a small number of allocated sites, supporting ad hoc requirements and collaborating with the wider roster team to ensure seamless cover
· Conducting in-person and video assessments with shortlisted candidates prior to placement
· Liaising with our screening team to initiate and progress vetting and compliance requirements
· Supporting day-to-day operational administration including roster reconciliation, sending rosters to clients, plotting rosters, coordinating holiday cover, and producing ID badges for new starters
· Act as first point of contact for all department enquiries.
· Keeping candidate records detailed, accurate, and up to date in our ATS/CRM system
· Participation in the shared out-of-hours on-call rota (reflected in the salary package)
What we're looking for:
You don't need to have worked in security but you do need to be someone who takes real pride in their work, communicates brilliantly, and knows how to stay on top of a busy pipeline. Experience in recruitment, resourcing, staffing, or fast-paced coordination or administration is what we're after.
You'll also need:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- A proactive, self-starting approach - you spot what needs doing and get on with it
- High attention to detail, especially when it comes to data and records
- Confident, professional communication both written and on the phone
- Comfortable working fully office-based in Ascot
