The core of our business is our in-depth knowledge of enclosures, closely matched by high stock levels and our in-house facilities to machine and adapt enclosures for those who require this service. Over 50% of the enclosures we sell are machined to customer specifications in our Princes Risborough factory.

What are we looking for?
someone who will report directly to the Production Manager, the purpose of Production Stores Co-Ordinator role will be to complete tasks which assist the day to day running of production and stores, to ensure production jobs are picked and ready for manufacture in a timing manner with shortages identified & reported.
Organisation of bin bay locations and to ensure correct storage of all products.
The role involves physical and manual handling.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Picking components for production jobs
- Identifying, communicating and resolving stock shortages with management.
- BOM management, add/remove alter qty’s as required for parts
- Booking in and putting away of all production related store receipts including RB & Machine shop made products
- Moving and organising stock, ensuring all parts are in correct bin locations & creating bin locations for new or unallocated parts
- Organising the stores in a flowing manner that best suits daily requirements
- Assist in monthly stock takes and stock audits
- Keeping Mezz’s clean & tidy, removal of all used packaging
- Being able to prioritise workloads
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
Knowledge and Skills
- Good communication skills
- Taking initiative when something needs doing.
- Ability to follow processes and procedure accurately.
- Meeting tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Good team player.
- Forklift License is a plus.
- Driving license is plus.

- Hours of work: 8.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday
