Full job description

The Role

We are seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator to join our highly successful and award-winning Ilminster office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a similar role (experience preferred but not essential) who wants to build a career with a dynamic and respected estate agency.

We’re looking for someone who has:

Ideally a proven track record in residential sales
An outgoing and confident personality
A driven, proactive approach to work
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent MS Office skills
A full UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle

This is a full-time position, working Monday–Friday (8:45am–5:30pm) and one in three Saturdays (9am–1pm).
