We are looking for someone who has either a Level 3 Health & Social care qualification or happy to work towards it, to join our senior team either on a permanent or Bank contract. If on Bank contract then the job would be counted as a Relief Team Leader at a pay rate of £13 per hour instead as wouldn't include an on-call shift .
- Do you enjoy being a role model to other people? Could you ensure every staff member in the home is included in the team and have regular supervisions.
- Could you promote best practice in all aspects of the home’s care delivery and medication; this is to include care of the environment, furniture and equipment.
- Do you have experience in the Care Industry?
- Could you lead and manage staff on a shift?
- Do you have a understanding of Person Centred Care and Care Plans?
- Could you work with the management and other Team Leaders to promote team working in the home.
- Would you like to support the manager by recognising tasks that may be delegated to other carers or themselves?
- Would you like continued support and ongoing training opportunities?
